Refund/Return Policy

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately after receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. You have 7 days from receiving your order to email AriRoseandCo@gmail.com with any issues. Please include photos with your email. We will send you a return label and then you have 5 days to ship the item back. Upon inspection of the returned item we will then issue a refund. The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused. 

Custom Orders

Custom order are not refunded unless an error has been made on our part. If you have any issues with your custom order please reach out ASAP. 

 

Please Note: Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.

Shipping Policy

Since all handmade clothing items are made to order, our current turn around time is 5-10 business days. 

Please figure these processing times into your order. This will be in addition to the number of days the postal service of your choosing has estimated.
